A. Qualification depends on number of units as well as carrier. A good basis point is 15 units. In some instances we can help customers with fewer units, but the big payback in headaches and internal costs usually start around 15 units.
Q:How can LINQ offer a fixed fee when the carrier doesn't?
A: We won't tell you our secrets but we will promise that we know what we are doing. We are accountable to you for our service- every single month. If we can't manage your account well, then we lose money instead of you. We manage your account well and we make money from the savings. We offer a fixed monthly bill so you can budget for your communications.
Q:How much will my bill be?
A: In most instances, your Flat Rate invoice will be less than you currently pay.

A: No. You pay one bill to LINQ Services, Inc. part of our service includes application of payment to your wireless provider.

A: No. In an effort to continue to have our clients interest at heart, we are affiliated solely with our clients and represent them to the carrier.
